Our Refund Policy

Queensland Motorcycle School’s refund conditions:

• Qride course is fully refundable up to 3 days before the course start date. (less 1.75% online booking fee).
• 50% course payment refund up to 12 hours before course start time.
• No refund on cancelling a course within 12 hours of course start time.
• QLD Motorcycle School runs all courses in wet weather conditions. In the event of a course being cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, any deposit made will be refunded or transferred to another date.
•  All Qride courses are QLD Transport accredited and are competency-based. You must pass each module of the course to successfully pass your Qride course. If you do not pass your Qride course QLD Motorcycle School offers remedial one on one training at $90 per hour (min. 2 hours). Students then have an option of completing your Qride course (at no extra charge) or in the case of a  Qride Pre-Learner course, we offer a refund for day 2 if not attempted less a $50 cancellation fee.
